When we were in town today at the shops I had a round of acupunture done for the first time. It was the most remarkably relaxing treatment I’ve ever experienced. It felt as if my back kind of melted and expanded at the same time. I’m hoping that it will help my back as I’ve had a wierd trapped nerve/painfully tight muscle in my right shoulderblade for a few days now and the pain has been radiating right through to my chest…
